By accessing or using https://walkingstreetpictures.com(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Walking Street Pictures produces art-house cinema for mature audiences. Some productions contain themes intended for viewers 18 and older.

You confirm you are at least 18 years of age when entering pages that have been flagged with a mature content advisory. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone we reasonably believe is under 18.

By submitting an audition through the Site, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is true and your own.
• You own (or have permission to use) any photograph, reel, or other content you upload or link to.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You grant Walking Street Pictures a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and review your submission for the purpose of casting and production decisions only. We do not use your submission for commercial promotion without a separate signed release.

All content on the Site — including the Walking Street Pictures mark, the wordmark, production titles, key art, copy, photographs, video, and source code — is the property of Walking Street Pictures or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or attack the Site; (b) use the Site or its forms to send unsolicited or unlawful content; (c) impersonate another person; (d) scrape or mass-harvest content; (e) submit malicious code; (f) reverse-engineer the Site for the purpose of building a competing service.

The Site may link to or embed content hosted on third-party services (including YouTube and Vimeo). We are not responsible for third-party content or for the privacy practices of third-party services.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walking Street Pictures disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walking Street Pictures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be brought in the courts of Angeles City.
